Palouse
A region in eastern Washington, very near to Spokane is characterized by gentle rolling hills covered with wheat fields. These hills form amazing views from Steptoe Butte, a small hilltop in the region. Best time to visit these is around May-June as dry shades of brown patches formed due to harvested fields mixed with lush green landscapes playing with shadows of sun provide amazing scenic views from a distance during sunset and sunrise. The Palouse hills are not only beautiful, but is on top of landscape photographers bucket list items to shoot. Ticked from my side :)
